Creating an online presence is a very good reflection of the kind of person you are.Most users would find it interesting and could be a motivation to others depending on what was your blog topic about.There is users that find social media very negative because of the misuse to demeaning others ,on the other hand a positive online presence with business prospects can increase ones opportunities.

1 (a) I would suggest with the copyrighted licenses of of art and culture that colleges or schools allow the youngsters to perform the cc with necessary training that was provided.
(b) With the different licenses that is copyrighted the government can embark on an initiative to ensure the facilities is available.
(c) Individuals that has the qualifiactions of any of the types of cc's can be permitted to start a training institution.
(d) Depending on an author if the copyrighted piece is a book a movie can be produced.
(e) This can also up skill many South Africans who has the talents and needs the exposure in the area where the cc training was provided. Reseach on creative commons (Lessig 2011)

(b) Allow users to be drawn or captured by the introduction of the learning facility.
